This 4-story corner ice-cream and pizzeria modular building by AFOL Rpiedbricked is just amazing – you have an ice-cream parlor and a pizzeria in the ground floor, indoor seatings for customers on the second floor, along with 2 single-bedroom apartments in the third and fourth floor (comes complete with furnishing, as well as toilet). There’s also an elevator serving the various levels.
This modular building is built on a 32×32 baseplate and constructed from around 1,750 LEGO pieces. The reason why we are promoting this build is because of the fact that from the exterior to the interior of the building, there’s so much detail packed into it.
Let us first take a look at the exterior of the building: There are tables on the sidewalk to be used by customers of either the pizzeria or ice cream parlor. Also, on the walls of the building you’ll also find advertising for a local amusement park – everything you’ll find in a typical pizzeria down the street.
Looking into the interior of the building – on the ground floor you’ll find a full kitchen for the pizzeria, including a brick oven, dishwasher and an industrial refrigerator, along with counter where you can order pizza and a small table. There are also indoor and outdoor seating available, along with a restroom. As for the 2 single-bedroom apartments in the third and fourth floor, it’s fully furnished – with a bedroom (that comes with a bed), a kitchen, a toilet, along with simple-looking living room with a sofa, along with a flat-screen TV and a mini aquarium.
